Inverter Fusion Ltd offers a comprehensive after-sales service which covers all our machines.
Machine Calibration and Service:
To make sure your machine is working at its optimum, we recommend you get your machine calibrated and serviced once a year. The machine calibration and service costs only £60 and allows you to continue to weld with confidence, knowing your machine is in top condition and the parameters have not drifted over time.
The calibration and service is available on all machines and is carried out by our engineers here in the UK. Machines will be returned with a detailed service report and a certificate of calibration.

All our Fusion welding machines have a full 3 year parts and labour warranty. Our i-TECH branded machines are covered for 2 years by the same warranty. All assessments and repairs are carried out at our factory in Honiton by our experienced engineers and your machine will then be returned to you.
Once your warranty has expired we will still offer a full diagnostics and repair service – the problem will be assessed by our engineers and a full quotation for the necessary repairs sent to you before any further action is taken.
