We recently spent the morning at Bicton College, where we had the opportunity to engage with the Level 3 Agricultural Engineering students. The visit was a part of our ongoing commitment to supporting and recognising emerging talent in the welding and engineering industry.
Our visit coincided with the presentation of the students’ end-of-year projects. It was inspiring to see the creativity, dedication, and technical skill that each student brought to their work. From innovative machinery designs to practical solutions for everyday agricultural challenges, the projects showcased a remarkable range of talents and a deep understanding of the field.
We presented a brand-new Lincoln Electric helmet to the winner of the end-of-year projects. This award celebrated the hard work and perseverance required to excel in agricultural engineering. The recipient demonstrated exceptional skill and innovation, setting a high standard for their peers.
While there was one winner, it’s important to acknowledge that every student who participated did an amazing job. The level of effort, creativity, and technical expertise on display was truly commendable. These students have a bright future ahead.
