Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK Islands and Northern Ireland are not subject to our normal carriage rates – price on request.
Postcodes on special request include – BT, KA27 – KA28, KW, HS, IM, IV, PA20 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH17 – PH44, PH49 – PH50, PO30 – PO41, TR21 – TR25 and ZE.

Delivery Methods
We use TNT for our Courier deliveries. You will need to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels unsigned for. If you are unable to sign for a parcel, please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you, but it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for a safe receipt of the goods. In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for, we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may occur.

Delivery Information
Delivery Times
We will aim to despatch goods the next working day subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday – Friday. Goods will not be despatched Saturday & Sunday as the business is closed.
Delivery Exceptions
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually items over 18 Kg. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping. Delivery outside UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands, all Islands and Northern Ireland is not carriage paid and is subject to additional carriage costs. Please email [email protected] or call us on (01404) 549791 for a delivery quote prior to ordering.
Late Delivery
If you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK, please email [email protected]. quoting your order number as a reference.
RETURNS
Welding Equipment under Warranty
All warranty returns are inspected upon receipt, if the fault is deemed not to be under warranty conditions, we will send you a quote to repair your machine (in this instance we will charge a £9 return fee).
Welding Equipment not in Warranty or Accidentally Damaged
If your faulty equipment is out of warranty or your machine has damage not covered by warranty conditions, please return your machine. Our engineers will carry out an inspection, then send you a quote for repair and return.
Please enclose a completed Returns Form with your machine.
Return of Welding Accessories and Consumables
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods in a saleable, unused condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. You will be issued with a refund within 14 days of IFL receiving the returned goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.Should the goods you order be faulty, please return the goods back to us within 14 days. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
